Awesome automation

The AdvanStaff HR LMS is directly tied to the HR Cloud so employee info is seamlessly transfer from one system to the next, no employee data entry required.

Automation can be easily enabled to auto-enroll based on several factors like location, job title, state of employment, division, job center, etc.

Manually adding employees

Worksite employees may choose to assign courses to non-employee users. In this case, the worksite manager would add the user manually using the manager LMS interface.

  • LMS users would login manually
  • Any adds, deletions, updates are manual and handled by the manager

A maximum of 25% non-employee users are included in system. For non-employee users over 25% a fee will be charged to cover system costs.
