Employee Status / Type
Employee status (Full time, Part time, On Call, etc.) can be changed on the Name tab of the employee’s record.
- Log in to the Manager Portal for your AdvanStaff HR Client Account
- Navigate to the Employee’s Record
- Select the Name Tab
- Click on the Status Type Change link
- Enter the New Employment Status
- Enter the New Employment Type
- If applicable, enter the New Standard Hours
- Enter the Status /Type Date the change is effective
- Enter the Reason for the Status / Type change
- Click Save!
