Client Account Access Credentials

As our Client Account HR/Payroll platform expands functionality, we recognize that Worksite Managers (WSM’s) will need various User Roles to take advantage of these enhancements!

AdvanStaff HR offers several pre-designed User Roles, which encompass the tools for needed for your company’s authorized users. Selecting the user level and granting that level of access to the user’s account as easy as 1…2…3!

  1. Identify the individuals at your organization who will interact with AdvanStaff HR and consider the types of activities they will need to perform within the your Client Account’s Manager Portal. i.e. Hiring, terminations, time management, payroll, changes to status/position/dept/div/loc, account reporting, etc.
  2. Build the level of access that you would like to grant them. Our representatives are happy to recommend appropriate User Roles, based on your needs for operational and business management as well as industry best practices.
    • Choose the Basic Foundation Role
    • Plus Optional add-ons for:
      • Human Resource related role(s)
      • Restrictions from specific departments, locations, divisions or client ID’s.
      • Mini-Stacks role(s) for additional services or products
  3. Submit Written Request for Account Authorization.

  • Full access & visibility to all Company and Employee details and reports 
    • Note: this cannot be restricted

Full Access VIEW no editing

  • Full access & visibility to all Company and Employee details and reports in a VIEW ONLY setting
    • Note: this cannot be restricted
  • Unable to perform edit records or make new entries

  • Employee information reports – phone/address and emergency contact
  • Employee birthday and anniversary dates

  • New Hire Entry
    • Manager will need to enter the initial pay rate. Once the entry is saved, the manager will not have visibility to edit or view the entry.

    • USer will have access to most stored document folders. Excludes Corporate folders

    • User will have access to select stored document folders

*SPECIAL NOTE: Not all Client Accounts were structured to accommodate Department, Division or Location security restrictions at the time of initial set-up. Contact your Client Success Account Representative at support@advanstaff.com to submit a case for reviewing and updating your database to accommodate your present needs!
