Salary and income verifications require you to share a one-time authorization use code with your loan company to share your info.
Start the process by creating an account and generating an authorization code so your loan company can complete the verification process. This process takes 2-3 minutes to complete.

Q. How does a Social Service Agency/Department of Human Services obtain my information for public assistance like childcare, housing, social security benefits, or food stamps?
Social Service Agencies or our public assistance organizations can fax their request to QuickConfirm.
They need to include your name and full social security number and your employer’s name on the fax, along with the reason for the request and your signed authorization for QuickConfirm to process the request. The agency must also provide a valid permissible purpose as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

Requests are generally turned around within two business days or less.
Q. Do I have to set up an authorization number to release employment information?
No. You do not need to create an authorization number to enable a verifier to verify your employment. The verifier only needs to know your Company Code (ADV0004594) and your Social Security Number in order to verify your employment
One-time authorization numbers are only necessary to release salary information.
Q. Do I incur any costs for authorizing salary or employment verifications?
There is no cost to employees for releasing employment or salary information
Only verifiers are charged for accessing employee information on a per verification basis. If a verifier charges you, you are urged to contact QuickConfirm at (888) 505-6745 option 3 so we can rectify this situation.
Q. How safe is my personal information on QuickConfirm?
We take security very seriously; numerous measures are taken to ensure security of the system and data. QuickConfirm’s first line of defense is its firewall. Only the application server that drives the web application can access the database server, using specific IP address and port access permissions.
Data is encrypted at each point where it is read or transferred; information is encrypted using the secure Triple Data Encryption Algorithm, 3DES, 4096-bit encryption technology. Digital Certificates, called SSL, are used for traffic between our server and the requester’s workstation. Web server software is kept up to date with the latest stable releases, service packs, and security patches. Security is reviewed on a regular basis and is updated as the industry evolves.
Q. How do I change my password?
You can change or reset your Password by clicking the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the Employee Login page. This link will only work once you have logged in with your initial user credentials (last seven digits of your social security number) and set up your security profile. It will bring you to a page where you are prompted to enter your Company Code and User ID. You are then asked to answer the three challenge questions you set up when you first logged into the system. Upon successfully answering these questions, you are allowed to enter a new password. Q. How do I get an official copy of my employment or salary verification for a lender or potential employer?
Third-parties such as lenders or potential employers gain access to an official copy of your information by going to the QuickConfirm website and using the Verifier login. You should provide them with your company code (ADV0004594) and/or employers name (AdvanStaff HR).
The verifier will need your full social security number to access your information.
If you need your salary verified, you need to click ‘Authorize A Salary Verification’. This will create a nine-digit authorization number that the third-party verifier needs to verify your salary information.

To get an employment or salary verification for yourself for a Passport or Visa call QuickConfirm at (888) 505-6745 option 3 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST Monday – Friday for assistance.
