Concierge doctors offer personalized care and direct access. They’re often physicians who choose to form a private practice to limit the number of patients they’re responsible for usually a smaller number compared to the volume of a more traditional office practice and to minimize the amount of paperwork associated with insurance payouts.
Concierge doctors can do everything a primary care physician can, including administer lab tests and conduct annual physical exams. They also typically provide diagnostic screenings and minor urgent care services like stitches or treatment for minor skin conditions. However, they can’t provide many specialized treatments or major medical procedures, like surgery.

The cost is basically $100 per member per month. Once you reach 4 members, you get a $100 discount, additional members are added at $100 each per month.
- 1 member – $100 / mo.
- 2 members – $200 / mo.
- 3 members – $300 / mo.
- 4 members – $400 / mo. less $100 discount = $300 / mo.
- 5 members – $500 / mo. less $100 discount = $400 / mo.
- 6 members – $600 / mo. less $100 discount = $500 / mo.
- 7 members – $700 / mo. less $100 discount = $600 / mo.
- and so on ……….
Spouses and children are allowed to be attached to the employees subscription.
Children are limited to 18 years of age.
Once you enroll through the Employee Portal, your benefits will start the 1st day of the month. Automatic deductions will be made to you ay stub to cover the level of service you have elected.
There is no need to send check to MK Medical each month.
Your benefit election in this case is month-to-month and you may cancel at any time by contacting the AdvanStaff HR benefits department or by opening a support ticket.
Becuase concierge is a fee-for-service and not insurance premium, it is not a 125 tax-eligible.
