Members who live outside of Nevada can participate in the Sierra Health & Life PPO Plan.

SHL Out-Of-Area Wallet Card

Use this following wallet card if your provider is having trouble understanding the billing procedure for your SHL insurance program outside of Nevada. The billing provider should following the Out-Of-Area instructions on the back of your insurance card.
