Client Manager Roles
and System Permissions
Client Account Access Credentials
Worksite Managers (WSMs) need various levels of access to data, actions, and areas of the AdvanStaff HR platform. Granting users access by User Roles allows the business owner or executive to KNOW that each employee has the proper access they need to accomplish their work across various areas of the Advanstaff HR platform.
To manage sensitive account permissions in a highly configurable system, we have pre-built permission “Stacks” based on user roles and responsibilities throughout a typical organization. These user role bundles (or “Stacks”) make it much easier to select the proper settings for each user based on job function or duty.
To get started:
- Identify the individuals at your organization who will interact with AdvanStaff HR and consider the types of activities they will need to perform within your Client Account’s Manager Portal, such as Hiring, terminations, time management, payroll, changes to status/position/dept/div/loc, account reporting, etc.
- Review the level of access that you would like to grant your leadership staff. The pre-built “permission stacks” that can be assigned to manager-type users are listed below for reference.
