Add or Update User System Access Credentials

User Credentials grant managers and select users (trusted advisors, non-employees), permission to access sensitive data and employee information using the AdvanStaff portals.

  • Credentials are unique and tied to a singer user within the system.
  • AdvanStaff issues manager user names.
  • Passwords are set and viewable only by the user.
  • User credentials are never to be shared or reused. User activity is logged and tracked throughout the system. User IDs may not be shared as electronic signatures are used throughout the system.

Access Change Request Form

Business owners and authorized contacts direct AdvanStaff HR administrators to grant user access levels to managers, trusted advisors, or other employees. AdvanStaff will not allow access to the system without formal client approval from authorized contacts.
