Key benefits of the Auto Hero membership

  • Auto Deductible Reimbursement: This benefit can be used up to two times per year, up to $500 per claim, after an eligible loss.
  • Auto Repair Reimbursement: Get back 50% of eligible auto repairs twice a year, up to $500 per claim, so you can spare that dent in your savings. Reimbursements won’t be covered for repairs such as routine maintenance work, or windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroof glass.
  • 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance – Available in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Services include:
    • Flat Tire Service: The plan will coordinate the installation of your inflated spare.
    • Lockout Service: Service call to open your car if you lock your keys inside.
    • Fuel Delivery Service: Delivery of an emergency supply of gas.
    • Battery Boost Services: Battery boost at the point of disablement.
    • Extrication/Winching Service: Service call to extricate your vehicle from a ditch, snow, mud, or sand.

The Auto Hero Plan is a membership program that provides various benefits and services to its members, including 24/7 emergency roadside assistance, vehicle towing, flat tire service, lockout service, fuel delivery service, battery boost services, and extrication/winching service.

The membership covers the enrolled member, their spouse or domestic partner, and all unmarried children under 21 years of age living at home or up to age 23 if they are students.

Covered vehicles include all properly licensed private, non-commercial, personal automobiles designed for use on public roads, such as cars, pickups, station wagons, jeeps, vans, mini-vans, or SUVs with a manufacturer’s Gross Vehicle Weight of up to 10,000 pounds.
