Each client worksite must have a primary time-clock administrative contact. This designated contact manages all day-to-day workings of the time-clock solution in place. Worksite employees should first contact their worksite manager/designated time-clock administrator regarding routine tasks like maintaining account access, password resets, requesting time-off, etc.

The AdvanStaff time & attendance team is available to provide back-office support to the worksite’s designated timekeeping system manager. Designated worksite managers may contact the AdvanStaff HR team for training and system level help.

While rare, technology can be impacted by the internet, cloud servers, or other outside forces. Please report the outage to your employer’s worksite time-clock administrator.

During this time, maintain a detailed written record of your time transactions according to your company’s guidelines and provide it to your time clock supervisor at the end of your shift.

Generally, you will include:
Your name | Date | Time in | Time out | Plus any location, department, position or project details you would normally designate during the shift period.

Outages are generally resolved quickly. Make regular attempts to access your company’s timekeeping system, in order to return to utilization as soon as it is available.
