Crowdstrike Outage Affecting Microsoft-based platforms
On Thursday evening, a global outage affecting Miscrosoft-based operating systems was discovered. The outage was due to a faulty software update issued by Cloudstrike, an enterprise-level internet security firm.
The outage affects many enterprise systems globally, including transportation, utilities, enterprise business, and banking. Employees’ direct deposit may be delayed on Friday, July 19, 2024.
We expect deposits to still be made on Friday. However, direct deposits may be delayed depending on the recovery status from the receiving bank.

The ACH sender bank issue is confirmed as resolved.
If you have not received your direct deposit for Friday, July 17, 2024, please check the status of your deposit with your receiving bank.

All Direct Deposit files are confirmed to have been sent successfully to ACH processing bank (NatPay).
We are waiting for confirmation of employee direct deposits.
AdvanStaff HR confirms that its ACH bank is experiencing an outage. However, all direct deposit ACH files were transmitted and processed to the federal clearinghouse prior to the outage.
We await confirmation from employees that ACH / Direct Deposits have reached employee bank accounts. It is still unconfirmed if the federal ACH system or receiving bank systems remain operational.

All AdvanStaff HR (PrismHR) Core Environments Restored to Full Operation
This morning, a widespread issue affecting computers running Windows impacted the availability of some PrismHR customer environments. Our technology teams have restored all impacted environments to full operation for PrismHR Core systems. We continue to assess other PrismHR systems for impacts and will provide additional updates as the resolution continues.
