Annual OSHA 300/A Log Posting Reminder

Worksite employers with 10 or more employees are subject to the recordkeeping requirements of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act.

The report must be printed and displayed in a common area between the dates of February 1- April 30.

The OSHA documents provided by AdvanStaff HR reflect only the claims reported to the AdvanStaff HR Risk Services Department. If you file claims directly to your carrier or through an unrelated 3rd party administrator, then the document will need to be updated with all your claim information.
