Core benefits are benefit programs sponsored by your employer. This means, your employer chooses to offer these programs, and in doing so generally subsidies, or pays for a portion, of the benefit costs.
Voluntary benefits are optional programs. The benefits department will help with enrollment. Many programs are eligible for payroll deduction premium payment for your convenience.
