About system passwords

Help Desk Passwords:

• The Help Desk portal (referenced above) requires each user to have user name and password to log in and view history. For convenience, users may use their social media logins (facebook, google, twitter) to access their ticket history account.

Employee Portal Passwords:

• This is a different UN/PW used for the Employee and Manager Portal.

We are working on sing-sign-on options to share logins with the employee portal. Stayed tuned!
