How it works:

Optional Daily Check-ins

Employers have the option to require employees who come to work to complete a brief daily heath survey.

Monitoring and Reporting of Quarantined Individuals:

Participant Quick Start Guide

Use Group Code:  <given to you by your worksite administrator>

Download the App:

For Apple Phones:

  1. Download the Covid Navigator app from the Apple app store to your iPhone.

For Android Phones:

  1. Go to Google Play and download Health Navigator
  2. Download the app to your phone
  3. Note:  When Entering your date of birth during Registration below – you can scroll to the year by tapping numbers for the current year in the left corner.

Or Use via the Web on Desktop or Mobile Device:

  1. Go to url:    advanstaff.medikeeper.com

Register:

  1. Enter the Group Code for your organization:  
  2. Submit
  3. On the Welcome page – click Register
  4. Fill out the Registration questions
    1. NOTE:  your email address will become your User Name for log in
  5. Re-enter the Group Code
  6. Create a password that is at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one of the following special characters:  !@#$&*
  7. Review and accept the Terms of Use by clicking “Yes” and Submit
  8. Congratulations!  You’ve successfully registered!

Getting Started:

  1. Hit “Vaccinations and Tests” button
    1. Step 1 – Enter and upload a photo of your vaccination
    2. Step 2 – Enter any tests you have taken

Default Configuration/Settings

The COVID Navigator program is turnkey, meaning it is ready to roll from day one.

HOWEVER, the system is highly configurable and very robust. The information below illustrates default settings right out of the box.

If a client company would like to enable, disable, or alter any settings, simply let us know.


Time Zone:

  • Default: Pacific

Does your organization serve multiple time zones?

  • Default: No

Vaccination Badge on?

  • Default: YES
  • Option: No

Participant Registration:

  • Default: Open         
    • Worksite manager emails all employees a registration link w/ instructions
    • Employee Census w/ email addresses can be download from the Manager Portal Report Center
  • Option: Eligibility File Upload

Enable Vaccination Approval process?  

  • Default: Yes, authorized managers will visually verify upload docs and approve
  • Option: No, uploaded docs will be automatically “approved” but can be reviewed by authorized managers at any time.

Enable Cleared for Work?    

  • Default: No
  • Option: Yes, employees will not be cleared for work until all documents are approved and all “stops” in place removed.
    • If a user tested positive, how many negative tests do they have to have to be cleared for work?
      • Default: 1 negative
    • What is the temperature threshold for a user not to be cleared for work?
      • Default: 100.4
    • How many days does a user have to be temperature free to be cleared for work
      • Default: 3 days
    • What is a user cleared for (e.g. work)?
      • Default: work

Enable Exemption Tracking

  • Default: Yes
    • Religious Exemptions
      • employees may upload exemption form through COVID Navigator
    • Medical Exemptions
      • employees upload the doctors explanation through COVD Navigator
  • Option: No
