Medical Plans

When Viewing the Dental Plan info on AdvanStaff HR plan pages, please note BHS associates have access to two plans, the Value and Premier Plans shown below.

You are provided group term life insurance in the amount of $10,000.

You may also purchase additional group term life for you and your spouse.

The company will auto enroll you in the 401k retirement program.

You are given, at no cost to you, access to an employee assistance and wellness program.

Short Term Disability

Coverage Amount: 60% of income to $1,500 Maximum Weekly Benefit

Elimination Period: 14 Days Injury / 14 Days Sickness (includes Pregnancy)

Maximum # of Weeks: 11

Long Term Disability

Coverage Amount: 60% of income to $6,000 Maximum Monthly Benefit

Elimination Period: 90 Days Injury / 90 Days Sickness

Maximum Duration as long as you are disabled to Age 65. See Attached document.

Behavioral Health Solutions observes the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be observed on either Friday or Monday depending on business and scheduling needs.

The Holiday schedule will be posted each year with the specific dates of observance, including the day of the week for observing holidays when they fall on a weekend.

Employee’s will also receive (1) floating holiday per year.  The floating holiday may be used on a day of the employee’s choosing and must be taken as a full-day increment.  Employees are required to submit and receive approval from their manager when they wish to use their floating holiday. The Company does not pay employees for unused floating holidays upon termination. Floating holidays must be used within the calendar year they are received, and carryover of an unused floating holiday is not permitted.
