In our University sessions, employees gain knowledge through interactive sessions that will allow them to become better leaders in the organizations. We do this to ensure our client companies, and their employees, always know the current best practices of each University topic. Through these sessions, our client's employment risk decreases and they are freed to concentrate their focus where it should be...on building great companies and growing revenue.
The Advanstaff HR University proram is managed by Todd Anderson, SPHR, of HR Solutions LLC. Todd brings over 30 years of HR experience including 12 years as a Regional Director for a Fortune 50 company, he served as the HR consultant for the 2002 Winter Olympics charged with hiring over 27,000 employees. As a Certified SPHR trainer, Todd's courses allow HR professionals to receive continuing education credit for attending his lectures. Todd currently runs an HR consulting company that focuses primarily on the Western States, is a Labor law lecturer, and is an HR Advisory Board member for Utah Valley University.
