Hello everyone, I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for everything you’ve done for us thus far. Yesterday, Shannon was very gracious and let me use your conference room – and she thought of everything. She is extremely organized and it really shows.

Additionally, each of you has taken time out of your busy day to answer our questions, meet with us, and guide us through the conversion process. I’m big on planning and it was difficult at first for me to ‘let go’ and trust that AdvanStaff would take care of everything. You have shown me that even if we experience some bumps (expected during any kind of conversion), I have confidence that you will do everything you can to make it right. You are a great bunch of people! And another thanks to all the people behind the scenes that I have not even met!

I want to thank you for helping me get processed so quickly. But that is not why I am writing.

I had the pleasure of meeting Leah, then both Jackie and Kat came in to say hello. Everyone I met was exceptionally professional, courteous and friendly. They were all very proficient and knew what they were doing even when it came down to particular differences between different employers.

I deal with a lot of people and I too get a little crabby when all the requests come and the cranky people want everything now!!! and she is always so helpful and never misses a beat. I’ve had a lot of questions and she responds right away. I know that in today’s world, everyone always worries about the negative and the positive goes un-recognized. You too as well (don’t want to take away from you, I just deal with her a lot.) You are always willing to help me and get the information that I want and need right away. I wanted to take a moment to identify a few members of your staff who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make my life as the employee of a small business easier.

DonnaAnne is so cheerful, and makes me look forward to reporting my hours. She was very patient with me as I learned the system and had no problem reminding me the times that I have forgotten to get my hours in on time!

I am also very grateful to Natalie. As I indicated to you yesterday, she worked with me and Greg to help set up an insurance option for me that is saving me over $250 a month. I know that she had to spend quite a bit of time making sure that everything was executed flawlessly, and her work has not gone unnoticed…

Pardon my interruption but I wanted to take a little time to let you both know how much I appreciate Jenn (Payroll Manager.) Ever since we let our controller go and until such time as we get our CFO on board, I’ve been picking up a lot of the accounting and financial slack around here and if it weren’t for Jenn and her responsiveness to my payroll related questions and needs, I don’t know what I would have done.
