employee leasing platform economies of scale. PEO clients receive
access to AdvanStaff's competitive employee benefit programs and
administration services, including but not limited to, full service
payroll processing and reporting services, human resources consulting,

and much more. Under the co-employment platform, AdvanStaff PEO clients

A completely customized solution tailored to the clients needs. Subscribing ASO clients may not be eligible, may not have access to, or may choose not to participate in ASI's core benefit programs; but they still receive a similar service platform as listed in the PEO service description. Unlike the PEO platform, ASO clients do not enter into a co-employment agreement. ASI handles the benefit plan administration, HR consulting services, and offers complete payroll services reported under the company's FEIN.
